What should be researched?

Only the big parties use it and too much money goes to so-called financial control. It takes a lot of knowledge, time and money to write an application and the chance of success is small, about 10%. Only the large parties can do this, which maintains unfair competition.
The extensive reports also cost a lot of time and require the use of expensive accountants, which means that too much of the subsidy is lost.

Who is affected?

Higher education, large companies , SME's, public organisations etc.

Why should this story be researched?

The control is nevertheless marginal, hardly on the content, certainly not on the quality. There is a lot of fraud, especially in south EU.

Where does this story take place?

The whole of Europe
